Returns and Refunds

Your right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from a contract concluded online within 14 days without giving any reason (§ 355 BGB). The period runs from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take delivery of the goods. Where an order is delivered in several parts, the period runs from delivery of the last part.

How to withdraw

Inform us by a clear statement before the deadline expires — an email is sufficient. Send it to info.wooderya@gmail.com or to David Franz Friedhof, Ruelandstraße 32, 88145 Opfenbach, Germany. To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your notice of withdrawal before the 14-day period ends. You do not need our prior approval, and we do not inspect the goods before accepting a withdrawal.

Returning the goods

Send the goods back to Ruelandstraße 32, 88145 Opfenbach, Germany without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of notifying us. You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Where possible please use the original packaging — this is a request to prevent transport damage, not a condition of your right of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item is defective or was sent in error — in that case we cover the return and arrange collection. For bulky or palletised goods contact us first and we will agree the most economical method with you before you arrange transport.

Refunds

We reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We use the same means of payment you used, at no extra charge. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them, whichever is earlier.

Faulty goods

Statutory rights in respect of defects apply. If a defect appears within 24 months of delivery you may claim subsequent performance (repair or replacement) and, in the cases provided by law, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract (§§ 434 and 437 BGB). Write to ${MAIL} describing the defect.

Out-of-court dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
